What is your general return policy?

In order to manage pricing where we feel comfortable and accessible for most people, we ship directly from the manufacturer. While we work to keep shipping costs down, that does impact speed. Most items take 10-24 days to arrive, but some arrive sooner, or a bit later. Because of this, please always reach out on the contact page and give us a chance to address any issues with your product, and ensure that you have reviewed the item description before purchasing to ensure it is what you are expecting. We rarely need to issue any refund and due to the shipping times, returns don't always make sense as a resolution.

Most items list a return policy on the item page and those guidelines are specific to each manufacturer we work with. The return policy on the product page is always the policy in force, even if a similar product shows a different policy.

What are shipping policies?

Shipping times vary quite a bit as the item is being sourced from the nearest distribution center to you, so this depends not only on your location, but the item's availability in distributions center locations that vary between manufacturers. You'll receive an estimated shipment date range after ordering, but if you want to know, you can fill out the contact form and ask us for an estimate.


What are shipping costs?

Many of the items we carry offer free shipping, or free shipping with minimum purchase, and some offer flat rate shipping. The shipping breakdown will appear in the shopping cart before you finish checking out so you will have a choice which shipping method you prefer.
