For maximum thermal efficiency, we suggest you pour in hot & cold water to preheat & pre-chill for 5~10 minutes before packing food.

The soup containers comes with a foldable spoon, and an insulated soft-sided carrying case.

Made of high quality 18-8 Stainless Steel, it has double walls with vacuum space in between that provides insulation. Also, it's BPA free, no PVC, FDA-approved, food grade material.
